|Butter/Fat||1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed for frying)|
1. In a bowl, break eggs. Add salt and onion together. Mix well.
2. Hold matzos under running water. Drain.
3. Crumble them into eggs. Mix well.
4. In a 9-inch skillet, melt butter or fat.
5. Add matzo mixture to it.
6. Fry till it is light brown in colour. Turn sides; brown.
7. Serve Matzo Brie.
