French Garlic And Walnut Sauce

Ingredients
  Walnut halves 3 Ounce
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Walnut oil 3 Fluid Ounce
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (for serving)
Directions

MAKING
1) In the food processor, put the walnuts, garlic, water and little salt and pepper
2) Add oil slowly through the feed
3) The puree should emulsify and be smooth
4) Check for seasoning
5) The sauce can be made 2 days prior and stored into an airtight jar

SERVING
6) Serve the sauce at room temperature and garnish with chopped parsley
