|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Green onions||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Cream sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (thick)|
|Eggs||3 , separated|
"Saute beef in 1 tablespoon fat until cooked thor- oughly; add parsley, salt, pepper and onions.
Stir in cream sauce.
Beat egg yolks until thick and yellow; add to beef mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into beef mixture.
Pour into baking dish; set in pan of water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min- utes."
