|Heavy whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) Whisk the sour cream and whipping cream together well.
2) Let the mixture stand at room temperature for a few hours, or even overnight, till thick.
3) Cover the cream and store in the fridge.
4) Serve or use the cream as and when preferred or required. Makes a good side dish as well as topping.
