Ingredients
  Egg yolk 2
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by trimming, crushing and peeling the garlic

MAKING
2. In a bowl, add the egg yolks and mix properly
3. Take a wire whisk, and beat in the olive oil
4. Now stir in the lemon juice, salt and pepper

SERVING
5. Serve
