1 In a bowl, beat whipping cream until foamy.
2 Add in Kahlua, beating until stiff peaks form.
3 Set aside.
4 In the center of each crepe, put about 1/3 cup ice cream.
5 Neatly fold the right and left sides over.
6 On a serving plate, place seam side up.
7 Place a dollop of the whipped cream on each crepe.
8 Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
