|Parsley/Chives||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped (optional)|
1. In a flat sauce or basin, add mustard and the seasonings.
2. Add oil slowly and stir it all the time with a small spoon.
3. After the oil gets thoroughly mixed, add the vinegar.
4. To serve French Dressing, top it with chopped parsley or chives.
