Orange French Toast
|Orange juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|White bread slice||8|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, divided|
1 In a container of an electric blender, add eggs, orange juice, powdered sugar, and cinnamon.
2 Blend well.
3 In a shallow container, pour the prepared mixture.
4 Dip each slice of bread in the mixture.
5 Coat well on each side.
6 In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
7 Fry 4 bread slices until golden brown on each side.
8 Repeat with the remaining butter and bread.
9 Serve hot.
