Lobster Thermidor

Ingredients
  Frozen rock lobster tails- 5
  Cottage cheese 4 Ounce
  Buttermilk 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Swiss cheese 5 Ounce, grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

MAKING
2) Boil salted water and drop frozen lobster tails to parboil them.
3) When water comes to boil, drain and drench lobster in cold water.
4) Then, chop the underside membrane and pull out meat and dice. Keep the shells.
5) In a bowl mix all the ingredients, except Swiss cheese.
6) Fill the mix in the shells and sprinkle Swiss cheese on top.
7) Bake until cheese melts.

SERVING
8) Serve lobster thermidor.
