Low Calorie Cheese Souffles

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Cheddar cheese/Jalapeno spiced cheese 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs), grated
  Instant dry milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Tarragon 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 425 F

MAKING
2) Separate the eggs, into yolks and whites over two bowls
3) Using a fork beat the egg yokes lightly
4) Add the milk powder to the milk powder
5) Add the parsley, dill and tarragon, salt and pepper
6) Grease two souffle dishes which can hold approximately 2 cups
7) Using an electric beater, whip the whites till stiff, with a pinch of salt added
8)Fold the egg whites into the cheesy yolk mixture
9) Spoon the mixture into the souffle dishes
10) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 425 F till the top is browned

SERVING
11) Serve the souffle warm
