Ingredients
  Fillet steaks 24 Ounce (4 In Number 6 Ounce / 175 Grams Each)
  Onions 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Button mushrooms 8 Ounce (225 Grams)
  Dry white wine 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Garlic salt 1 Pinch
  Tomato puree 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Water 1⁄2 Pint (275 Milliliter)
  Chicken stock cube 1
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Trim and discard all visible fat from steaks.
2. Dice tomatoes and onions.
3. Cut mushrooms into slices.

MAKING
4. In a saucepan, pour wine and bring to a boil.
5. Add vegetables and simmer for about 2 minutes.
6. Add garlic salt, tomato puree, water and stock cube; mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
7. In a cup, mix corn flour in little cold water and stir into the saucepan to thicken sauce.
8. Grill steaks until cooked as desired.

SERVING
9. In a plate, place steaks and pour sauce over it.
