Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Pound, halved
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare all the ingredients.

MAKING
2) In 2 qt. glass dish combine all ingredients except salt and pepper.
3) Microwave (high) 3-4 minutes, stirring once.
4) Season the soup with chopped parsley.

SERVING
5) Serve the hot tomato bisque as appetizer.
