Microwave Speedy Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In glass microwave dish, place the butter on ROAST (7) for 1 1/2 and melt
2. Use a wire whisk to beat in egg and then cook this on MEDIUM (5) for 1 minute till the egg starts to appear lightly set.
3. Add the lemon juice and keep beating to ensure that the egg is soft and well blended.

SERVING
4. Serve hot
