Fat Free Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Fat free mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add fat free mayonnaise, skim evaporated milk, lemon juice and pepper.
2) Heat and allow to simmer.
3) Simmer to blend till thickened.

SERVING
4) Serve over steamed asparagus or boiled potatoes.
