Ingredients
  White bread slices 4
  Meat slices 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chicken, Turkey, Ham, Luncheon Meat)
  American cheese slices 2
  Cheddar cheese slices 2
  Swiss cheese slices 2
  Gruyere cheese slice 2
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, beat the egg and milk together
2) Make 2 sandwiches filled with the cheese and meat
3) Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture to coat well
4) Into a skillet, dab in some butter and fry the sandwiches on both sides till golden brown

SERVING
5) Serve the sandwiches with maple syrup or mustard
