French Baguette With Butter And Prosciutto

Ingredients
  French baguette 4 , cut into 8 pieces (roughly 7 inch pieces) and sliced horizontally
  Green scallions 12 , finely chopped
  Italian parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 12 Ounce, softened (3 sticks)
  Prosciutto 12 Ounce, thinly sliced into 48 pieces
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine olive oil, salt, scallions and parsley. Mix well and keep aside.
2. On a baguette piece, apply 1 tablespoon prepared oil and 3 tablespoons butter.
3. Top with 6 slices of prosciutto and cover with remaining halved baguette.
4. Follow same procedure for remaining mixture.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately.
