French Dressing With Brown Vinegar

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caster sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large screw-topped jar and shake well. Store in a cupboard for any weather

SERVING
2. Shake well before use
