Broiled Ocean Perch in French Dressing
|Perch fillets||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Bottled french dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place fillets in shallow pan; pour French dressing over; marinate 1-2 hours in refrigerator.
Place marinated fillets in disposable aluminum broiler pan; place 3 inches away from broiler unit.
Broil 7-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when pierced with fork; baste several times with French dressing.
