Mystery French Dressing
|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Beat 'with a rotary beater until thoroughly blended.
Store in the refrigerator in a covered jar.
This dressing thickens slightly on standing and does not separate as readily as plain French dressing.
Mix thoroughly before serving.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups dressing.
