Classic French Onion And Cheese Soup

Ingredients
  Onions 4 Large, thinly sliced
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Condensed beef broth 31 1⁄2 Ounce (3 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  French rolls/Hard rolls 2 , sliced and toasted
  Grated parmesan cheese/Shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a large saucepan and heat butter in it.
2.Saute onions for 20 minutes in it until light brown.
3.Stir in the broth and Worcestershire sauce.
4.Let the mixture boil.
5.Add a sprinkling of salt and pepper to it.
6.Place the mixture until a broiler so that the cheese turns light brown in color.

SERVING
7.Serve warm in bowls garnished with cheese toast.
