Chicken Liver Pate

Ingredients
Chicken livers - 1 pound
Mayonnaise or salad dressing - 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons , softened
Minced onion - 1 tablespoon
Bottled hot pepper sauce - 8 to 10 drops
Dry mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper - Dash
Hard cooked egg - for garnishing
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a saucepan, heat butter in it and cook livers after putting the lid on.
2.Stir for a few times in between and cook until the livers have changed their color from pink.
3.Blend the livers in food mill and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons butter, onion, hot pepper sauce, mustard, salt and pepper to it.Blend the mixture well.
4.Take a 2 1/2 cup mold and put the mixture in it. Refrigerate for few hours.
5.Unmold carefully.

SERVING
6.Serve garnished with hard cooked egg.
