Live mussles-16, cleaned
Ripe tomatoes-6, diced
Olive oil-2 teaspoons
Garlic-1 clove, mashed
Fresh sage-1 teaspoon, chopped or Dried-1/2 teaspoon
Dry white wine-1/2 cup
1) Steam mussels.
2) Take a saucepan and heat oil. Add tomatoes with their juice and cook until soft.
3) Now, add garlic, sage, wine, and rice to the tomatoes. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until rice is cooked.
4) At this stage, add capers.
5) Serve the steamed mussel soup in bowls.
