Herbed Tomato Bisque

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 56 Ounce, coarsely chopped (Canned And Peeled)
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Basil leaves 1 Tablespoon, crushed
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large saucepot and combine tomatoes, onion powder, black pepper, basil, paprika, sugar and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil.
2) Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

SERVING
3) Add butter and stir until melted and combined. Add cream just before serving.
