Drain and chop oysters.
Melt butter, blend in flour, add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add oysters, seasonings and beaten egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold into oyster mixture.
Pour into buttered casserole and bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 30 min- utes or until brown.
