Strawberry Pecan Crepe Rolls
|Plain non fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Brandy extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crepes||16 (Diet, Readymade)|
|Strawberry sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 In a small bowl, combine yogurt, pecans, honey, and extracts.
2 Spread the crepes with the mixture within 1/4 inch of the edges.
3 Neatly fold the crepes into fourths.
4 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
5 Serve each pancake topped with 1 tablespoon of the sauce.
