Ingredients
  Ice cubes 3
  Pernod 5 Drop
  Dry white wine 3 Fluid Ounce (Blanc-de-Blanc, Chablis, Muscadet)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a lowball glass, add the ice.
2) Add in the Pernod and wine.
3) Stir gently.

SERVING
4) Garnish with a sprig of mint.
