Scallops Parisienne

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh scallops 1 Pound
  Condensed cheddar cheese soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Thyme leaf 1 Dash
  Ground marjoram 1 Dash
  Buttered bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In a skillet, melt butter. Add in the onions and mushrooms. Saute till lightly brown in color.
3) Stir in the scallops and cook for a few minutes.
4) Transfer the mixture into a 10X6X2" shallow baking dish.
5) In a bowl, mix together the condensed cheddar cheese soup, lemon juice, pepper, thyme and marjoram.
6) Pour the mixture over the sauted scallop mixture.
7) Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs on top.
8) Bake for about 30 minutes.

SERVE
9) Serve the Scallops Parisienne hot, garnished with more cheese, if desired.
