Chicken Fricassee Marseille

Ingredients
  Chicken 1
  Sweet pepper 1
  Chicken stock 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon (As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Tomatoes 4
  White wine 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon (As Needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Joint the chicken.
3. In a non stick pan, heat butter and sauté the chicken pieces briefly.
4. Peel tomatoes and cut into very thin strips.
5. Crush the garlic.

MAKING
6. In a soaked RomertopF, place the chicken.
7. Add tomato slices and crushed garlic.
8. In a bowl, combine wine and stock with the salt, pepper, thyme and lemon juice.
9. Pour the wine mixture over the chicken.
10. Place the dish in oven and cook for about 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
11. Serve Chicken Fricassee Marseillaise with rice and fresh salad.
