Mock Hollandaise Sauce

|Evaporated skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a small saucepan, put together all ingredients and over very low heat cook until mixture is warm; do not boil.
2. Serve with roasted asparagus.
