Ingredients
  Boneless beef chuck roast/Boneless rump roast of beef 4 Pound (1 Roast)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Bon appetit 5 Teaspoon
  Cracked black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Whole ginger 1
  Oregano leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Whole allspice 3
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Msg)
  Beef base 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Make a mixture of flour, Bon Appetit, pepper and dry maustard and apply it on roast.

MAKING
2.Heat shortening in large skillet or Dutch oven and put the roast in it.
3.Once brown, add ginger, oregano leaves, marjoram leaves, bay leaves, all spice and MSG.
4.Simmer the ingredients for 2 1/2 hours after covering till it turns soft.

SERVING
5.Serve warm
