|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken seasoned stock base||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1 Dash|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Dash (Msg)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
1 Scrape the carrots well and cut into thin slices.
2 In a pan, add water, seasoned stock base, onion powder and MSG.
3 Cook for 15 minutes or until tender; drain well.
4 Add in the remaining ingredients and toss gently.
5 Serve at once.
