Pineapple In Creme De Menthe

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 40 Ounce
  Green creme de menthe 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen pineapple chunks 12 Ounce
Directions

Day before serving: Drain 1 can pineapple chunks.
In large bowl, combine drained pineapple chunks, 1 can undrained pineapple and creme de menthe.
Mix well; refrigerate, covered, overnight.
Stir several times while pineapple is marinating.
To serve: Turn into attractive serving bowl; mix well.
Thaw frozen pineapple chunks as the label directs.
Drain; toss lightly with pineapple in bowl.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
