|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)|
|Angostura bitters||3 Drop|
|Brandy||6 Tablespoon (2 Parts)|
|Champagne||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or As Required)|
1) In a cocktail shaker, place the ice cubes.
2) Squeeze the lemon juice and add bitters and brandy over the ice.
3) Thoroughly shake the mixture, until frosty.
4) Use a chilled champagne glass to strain the drink. Fill the glass with champagne to serve.
