  Baguette 1 (Fresh Ones)
  Mature brie cheese 2 Ounce
  Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Handful)
  Green apple 1
Directions

MAKING
1. Slice the baguette in half
2. Spread the brie on top of it
3. Top the brie with the grapes and slices of green apple
4. Spread the other side of the bread with fresh unsalted Normandy butter

SERVING
5. Toast and serve hot
