|Lemon||1⁄2 , freshly squeezed|
|Butter||1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Stick)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
1) In a small saucepan, heat the butter, until just melted.
2) In a blender, add the egg yolks and lemon juice together.
3) Turn on the blender and gradually pour in the warm butter to the yolks.
4) Blend thoroughly, until the mixture is thickened.
5) Add a dash of Worcestershire Sauce, blend to mix well.
6) Use the Blender Hollandaise as required.
