|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioners' sugar||2 Tablespoon|
1. In small mixing bowl, blend together cream and sugar.
2. Refrigerate the mixture until well chilled.
3. Using a rotary beater, beat the mixture just until stiff.
4. Return the Chantilly Cream in the refrigerator until served.
5. Serve Chantilly Cream with chocolate soufflÃ© to make a delicious dessert.
