Chantilly Cream

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectioners' sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In small mixing bowl, blend together cream and sugar.
2. Refrigerate the mixture until well chilled.
3. Using a rotary beater, beat the mixture just until stiff.

FINALISING
4. Return the Chantilly Cream in the refrigerator until served.

SERVING
5. Serve Chantilly Cream with chocolate soufflé to make a delicious dessert.
