Eggs Au Gratin

|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Sharp cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) Arrange the toast on a baking tray.
3) In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites to a peek consistency.
4) Spoon the egg whites on the toast, making a well in the middle.
5) Gently place the egg yolks in the wells.
6) Season and top with cheese.
7) Bake for 10 minutes or until the yolks are firm and whites are browned.
8) Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
