Petit Pois In Foil

Ingredients
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 package)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375F.

MAKING
2. On double thickness of 20-by-18-inch heavy-duty foil, arrange lettuce leaves, overlapping, to form a circle.
3. Break peas into small chunks, place on lettuce, sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper and dot with butter.
4. Bring ends of foil together and fold over, to make secure and bake in oven, along with fish, 30 to 40 minutes until tender.

SERVING
5. Serve with juices in foil.
