Homemade French Fry
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|White potatoes||4 Medium|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)|
Partly peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Medium-high heat a large pan.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Add potatoes in the hot oil.
When potatoes start to brown, remove the pan from heat.
Let the pan stand for 5 minutes.
Return the pan to heat and cook until golden brown.
Keep them stirring.
Remove the pan from heat and place fries on paper to drain.
Add salt, pepper/seasoning spice to desired taste.
Place the fries in a serving dish.
