|Shallot||2 Teaspoon, minced|
|Dry white wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
1.Combine shallot, wine and lemon juice and cook the together.
2.Keep cooking the ingredients until one fourth mixture is left.
3.Let the ingredients cool for some time.
4.Put butter,parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.
5.Use as spread.
