|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shallot||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chilled butter||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut into 24 pieces|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1.In a saucepan, heat wine, vinegar, shallot, salt and pepper until 11/2 tablespoon is left.
2.Turn off the flame and add 2 pieces of butter in it and blend.
3.Continue with other piece.
4.Put the mixture on low flame and cook by adding butter pieces one by one.
5.Once done, turn off the heat and add lemon juice.
