|Peach brandy||1 Ounce|
|Soda water||5 Ounce (1/2 Small Bottle)|
|Burgundy||10 Ounce (1 Small Bottle)|
|Fruit pieces||2 (Use 1 Peach Half And 1 Pear Half)|
1) In a chilled pitcher with ice cubes, stir the brandy, Curagao, soda water and Burgundy together, until cold.
2) Stir in sugar to taste, if desired.
3) In the champagne glasses, add fresh fruit pieces, pour in the cool Burgundy Cooler and serve immediately.
