Poulet Saigonnais

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 1 , cut up
  Rose wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a shallow baking pan, place chicken pieces.
2. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces.
3. Cover and bake at 350°f 1 1/2 hours.
4. Cover may be removed last few minutes of baking time to brown chicken slightly.

SERVING
5. Serve the Poulet with hot rice.
