Cheesy Spinach Souffle

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 16 Ounce (1 container)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 6 Ounce (1 1/2 cups)
  Frozen chopped spinach 2 , cooked and well drained (2 packages, 10 ounces each)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2 In a medium bowl, add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, egg yolks, melted butter, onion, and garlic mix well.
3 In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and lemon pepper.
4 Add in the dry ingredients to the spinach mixture and stir until well blended.
5 In a 2-quart greased souffle dish, pour in the mixture.
6 Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes or the until center is set.

SERVING
7 Serve warm.
