|Frozen green peas||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked|
|Canned green turtle soup||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sherry||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), unsweetened|
Blend cooked peas in an electric blender with 1/2 cup turtle soup until well pureed.
Place in saucepan with butter, salt, pepper and remaining turtle soup.
Mix and blend well.
Heat to boiling point.
Pour soup in heatproof serving cups.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Place under broiler to brown the topping.
Serve at once.
