French Hot Chocolate
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||3 Ounce (3, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
|Milk||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
1 Place water and chocolate in 2-cup glass measure.
2 Microwave for about 2 minutes on HIGH, or until melted. Blend in sugar and salt.
3 Microwave for about 1 minute on HIGH, or until hot. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until served.
4 To make 1 serving, combine 3 tablespoons chocolate mixture and desired amount of milk in individual (6 oz.) glass cups or mugs.
5 Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on HIGH, or until hot (about 160°F). About 1 Cup Chocolate Mixture Makes About 5 (6 oz.) Servings.
