French Style Chard

|Shredded swiss chard||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated sapsago cheese/Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a large nonstick frying pan heat oil
2) Stir in chard and garlic and stir until wilted for about 5 minutes.
3) Sprinkle cheese over it.
