Ingredients
  Crushed pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Rhubarb 8 Cup (128 tbs), coarsely sliced
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix all together in large kettle.
Stir well and cook at a slow boil for about 30 minutes.
Test for thickness by dropping a little on a saucer and letting it cool.
Seal with paraffin in hot sterilized jars.
