|Crushed pineapple||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Rhubarb||8 Cup (128 tbs), coarsely sliced|
|Sugar||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Dry red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix all together in large kettle.
Stir well and cook at a slow boil for about 30 minutes.
Test for thickness by dropping a little on a saucer and letting it cool.
Seal with paraffin in hot sterilized jars.
