Delicious French Onion Soup

Ingredients
  Onions 12 , chopped
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon 2 1⁄2 Quart
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  French bread slice 6 (1 Inch Slices)
  Swiss cheese/Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat oil and butter in large saucepan and cook onions in it for 15 minutes until soft.
2.Avoid browning the onions.
3.Put bouillion, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt and pepper in the pan and allow the ingredients to boil.
4.Once done, lower the flame and allow to simmer for two hours.
5.Put French bread in the oven and toast it.
6.Once brown on both sides, add a sprinkling of cheese.
7.Broil the slices so that the cheese melts.

SERVING
8.Serve French onion soup.
