Gnocchi Parisienne

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
  Cayenne To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3 Small
  Chicken liver sauce 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Put butter in water and heat until it melts.
2.Add cheese, salt, and cayenne as per the taste, along with mustard.
3.Once it boils, put flour in it.
4.Turn the flame off and mix until no deposits are there on sides.
5.Put the mixture in the bowl.
6.Once the mixture is at room temperature, put one egg at a time and whip.
7.When one egg is absorbed, add the other one.
8.Using two warm and wet spoons, form the mixture into shape of egg.
9.Put the egg shaped mixture in boiling water.
10.Once the gnocchi (egg shaped mixture) rises, they are done.
11.Take them out on paper or linen towels.
12.Apply melted butter and freeze the gnocchis on after securing them by wrapping.

SERVING
Serve the gnocchis in the dish.
